How to use:

How to use:
The smaller magnet should be placed on the inside of the ear and the larger magnet on the outside. Place in position for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 3 hours per day. This process is carried out for 6 days during which you can continue to smoke normally. Stop smoking completely on the seventh day after you have applied the ear magnet. Continue to wear the magnets for approximately three weeks.
